If FoodSafe Prep Pro is not right for you, write to support@foodsafeprep.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund your first month in full. No explanation required.
Cancelling a subscription
Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
After the first month
The 14-day guarantee applies to your first month. Later months are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time so you are never charged again.
How refunds are paid
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
